Barney in Manila

Sierra is already excited for the Barney concert, she'll also be with her one year old cousin. were glad that the concert will be near our house which is at Mall of Asia. my sister in law surprised us by buying Sierra's ticket as an early Christmas present and we got the front row tickets which is really great because the kids can see Barney up close. i hope we'll be able to take pictures especially this is the first time the kids will be seeing Barney.I'm sure they'll be singing,dancing and screaming out of excitement.

looking for a doll house

we were able to visit my ama and relatives yesterday afternoon.they haven't seen us for 2 months and they were shocked that Sierra was already talking and singing non-stop.my aunt had a scrapbook store in their house and Sierra kept on throwing her products and kept on running around. anyway, while we were there she saw a dollhouse and kept on playing with it. she was so happy and kept pretending that she was inside the house. i already went to the mall awhile ago and checked some doll houses.i saw one that i really like i just need to show it to Sierra to see if she will like it too.

foam curlers

i sometimes curl my hair using a curling iron and it has really damaged my hair. i tried using tons of hair products to help reduce the heat damage and I'm even using shampoos and conditioners for damaged and colored treated hair. i already had a hair cut last week and to rescue my hair from more heat damage i purchased a set of foam curlers online. they were actually very cheap and instead of a curling iron i plan to use this and just add some styling products to help the curls last longer.I'll try to post pictures of the outcome when i start using it.

DHC - update

i already got my DHC in the mail two days ago and i am raving about it. it actually replaced my eye make up remover too, this cleansing oil is really a nice product. i used to use the kanebo one but even with that i still had to use a separate eye make up remover to take off my waterproof mascara and gel eyeliner. i only used to pumps of the oil and it can immediately remove all my make up especially the bb cream. it is also cheaper and bigger than my kanebo one. this is actually one of the best products i have bought on ebay.

ready for halloween

this will be Sierra's costume for halloween. i got this at the children's place in Lynhaven mall. i think i got this for $5.00 , they were having a big sale which is why i bought this even when it was still Feb. Thank God it still fits Sierra perfectly and she loves wearing it around our bedroom. i actually thought she was going to have her second trick or treat experience in the States with my nieces and sisters.anyway, im still checking out places where we can have a nice trick or treating.

Busy Sunday

we had a busy Sunday, we first went to a wedding which was in the morning and the reception was at noon then went to MOA afterwards. our friend got married and because my fil couldn't come we decided to bring the toddler.bad idea. she kept running around and kept on singing whenever the singer would sing. we didn't get to finish the whole reception because we had another appointment with our Angkong and bil and sil. we all went to Moa to watch Body of Lies and then ate at Hai. As soon as i got home i watched gossip girl something im so addicted to hahahah i love their clothes!!!

Aero chamber plus

got this awhile ago from the Dr. for Sierra. the Dr. said that she should start using this every time she uses her Ventolin inhaler. the Dr. said Sierra has asthma and should use this every 6 hours a day. she gave us the yellow one which was designed for kids. this is called the Aero chamber plus and according to the Dr. it is more effective and easier than the nebulizer. instead of making Sierra inhale the Ventolin with the nebulizer for 30 minutes , she could inhale the medicine with only two pumps with the use of the Aero chamber which will not take more than a minute.

contouring powder

my sister bought a blush called Zen from Nars and said that it was great for contouring your face. she is so addicted in make up and keeps watching you tube for make up related videos after coming home from work. she saw a tutorial on how to use and what to use to make her cheeks look smaller. i tried searching the Nars zen over here in the Phils but they said that it wasn't a salable shade which is why they don't carry it anymore. i even went to MAC just to ask what product they would recommend, they said i should use the mineralize powder which was about 1500 php.good thing i took my mom's mineralize powder but the problem is it was just too dark for my skin tone.
anyway, while we were at MOA yesterday , my sister in law and i happened to walk pass by Elianto, i saw that they had some new products. they showed me their baked powder and according to them i can use it as a face powder, eyeshadow base and even as a contouring blush. as soon as i heard contouring i immediately bought it, it was way cheaper than the other brands that i was looking at. it was only 350 PHP. as soon as i got home i started experimenting with it and I'm glad i did get it because you can actually see the difference. my cheeks actually looks smaller when i use it hehehe i look so big in photographs!!!

Mac Ungaro collection

i got an email update from saks fifth avenue saying that they have a sale going on, but for some reason i couldn't access their sale site. i decided to check out other online stores just to see if they too have 50 % - 70% sales going on. i went to mac online and saw that they had a new limited edition called Emanuel Ungaro collection, the shades are really great nude colors. i really don't have any blushes in light tones and these would be perfect for first timers. i already checked ebay and some sellers are selling it for 1300-1500 php excluding shipping charges, it's $22 in the US but I'll check or call the Mac stores here if they already have it on hand and how much it would cost. I'm sure it'll be more expensive here.

ebay, paypal and gcash

I'm so glad i was able to sell the three coach wristlets that i posted 5 days ago on ebay. one of the winners already sent me money thru paypal the two others will be depositing the payment on my sil bank account. i'll try to register and get more info for the gcash because the one payment i got from paypal had a transaction fee. i forgot that when the one sending you money uses a credit card to verify their paypal account the receiver will be charged a transaction fee. i didn't ask the one who paid me thru paypal to add anymore money for the fee because i should have stated that in my posting. atleast now i know what I'll do when i sell some more stuff at ebay. the only thing i like about paypal is that you get the money faster, it's safer and it's in dollars which is what i like best. I'll try to post the info about the gcash later when i go to globe.

Still looking for this

i've seen some girls wearing something like this at Rockwell but up to now i still can't seem to find where to buy this shoes/boots. i have been to Greenhills,Moa,Rockwell and Serendra but i still couldn't find any shoe store that has this type of shoes. it looks kinda weird but it really looks cute when you pair it up with a cute skirt or with skinny jeans. i saw one poster with the actress from Princess hours wearing it for a korean clothing brand. she was wearing a royal blue short dress with this cute pink boots. it really looked awesome on her. as soon as i get my hands on this pair i'll post where to get it.

we went to MOA yesterday and after having lunch with hubby , his family and company managers we decided to watch a movie. on our way to the cinema we saw an air purifier/humidifier/ionizer stall , this is the same kind the kindermusik and gymboree studios have. my sister in law and i were planning to buy it because we needed it for our kids rooms and with a price tag of 1850 php it was way cheaper with the one we saw on ebay. the saleslady kept on saying that they were cheaper than the one that ace hardware had. she even insisted that we go check it out. she pointed out that the product that she had was really salable and that even famous actors also have it. so before we buy that air purifier we went to ace hardware first just to make sure if what the saleslady was saying was real. after much debate we decided to buy the one at ace hardware, here are the reasons:

Ebay

I was able to buy some Coach bags when i was at the outlet store in Williamsburg and now i placed some on ebay. i hope to sell it within 5 days, my asking price started with about $40 but the msrp is $68 plus tax. I have only sold a few items at ebay i mostly buy stuff over there because they always have good deals. i have bought fashion accessories, books, hair products, shoes and even make up. First post

Just got this domain from blog spot and for $10 a year i think this is all worth it. it took me 6 months to decide whether to get one because most of the bloggers i know already have one and it seems that they get more jobs with their own domain. i have been blogging for more than a year now and i never run out of topics to write. I'm glad i have another blog where i can share other stuff that i find interesting. Most of the stuff i think I'll be writing here would be about my one and only baby girl, beauty stuff, web finds , purchases and entertainment.

Right now, Sierra is sick, she's had this horrible cough for a week and it seems that Solmux isn't working. I'm planning to use a nebulizer tonight so she could start using it before she goes to sleep. This used to work for her and i hope it still does. She is also a picky eater which is why her pedia insisted that she should try Reliv for kids. She first used up one can but when i bought her the second one she wouldn't dare drink any milk that had some Reliv inside. the first Reliv she tried was Vanilla and according to her yaya she actually loved it, so i bought another one in chocolate which she didn't like. I had her pedia to change it to Vanilla again, but now Sierra doesn't want that taste either. good bye 1200 php hahaha
